Description

The B&B, short for Brandy and Benedictine, is a classic cocktail that combines the warmth of brandy with the herbal richness of Benedictine liqueur.

This sophisticated drink is known for its smooth, balanced flavour, making the B&B ideal as an aperitif or timeless after-dinner sipper.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 oz or 30 ml Brandy
  • 1 oz or 30 ml Benedictine liqueur
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep: Fill a snifter or old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour: Pour equal parts of brandy and Benedictine over the (optional) ice.
  3. Combine: Stir gently to chill.
